Data Pooling — Plans on the same account automatically pool data within tiers. Tier 2 plans (Saver, Value, Essential) share one combined pool. Tier 1 plans (Premium, Elite) share another. If one team member goes over, they draw from the shared pool before speeds are reduced.

International Calls — IDD credit is included monthly on Value plans and above. Once credit is used, international calls are charged at PAYG rates. The Saver plan has no included credit — all international calls are PAYG.

What is the Telstra Wholesale network?

Telstra Wholesale provides authorised partners like Rezolve IT access to Telstra's mobile infrastructure — the same towers, the same radio network, the same 98.8% population coverage. You get the same reliability with more flexible pricing and dedicated business support.

What is Databank? (Telstra plans)

Databank lets you roll over unused data each month, up to a 500GB limit. If you don't use your full monthly data allowance, the leftover gets banked and is available to use in future months — so you're not wasting what you pay for. This feature is exclusive to Telstra Wholesale plans.

What is Data Gifting? (Telstra plans)

Data Gifting lets you share data between eligible Telstra Wholesale services on the same account. If one team member has spare data and another is running low, you can gift data across to keep everyone connected.

What is Data Pooling? (Optus plans)

Data Pooling automatically combines the data allowances of all Optus plans on the same account within their tier. Tier 2 plans (Saver, Value, Essential) share one pool, and Tier 1 plans (Premium, Elite) share another. For example, three Value 40GB plans on the same account create a shared 120GB pool — if one user goes over, they draw from the combined pool before speeds are reduced.

What happens if I exceed my data on Optus plans?

There are no excess data charges on any Optus plan. If you go over your allowance (or your shared pool), your speeds are simply reduced for the remainder of the billing period. No bill shock.

Can I keep my existing number?

Yes, on both networks. We'll handle the number porting process for you. Your existing mobile number transfers seamlessly with no downtime for your business.
