What does the one-time setup fee cover?
The $440 ex. setup fee covers Exclaimer tenant provisioning, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace integration, directory sync configuration, custom signature template design, Brand Kit setup, disclaimer configuration, and initial user onboarding and training.
Does Exclaimer work with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace?
Yes. Exclaimer integrates natively with both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. Signatures are applied server-side, so they appear consistently across all devices and email clients — including Outlook, mobile apps, and web mail.
Do users need to do anything to get their signature?
No. Signatures are applied automatically to every outgoing email. Users don't need to install anything or configure their email client. Exclaimer handles it all server-side via your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace integration.
Can we have different signatures for different departments?
Yes. With the Standard and Pro plans, you can use targeting and exclusion rules to assign different signature templates based on department, location, job title, or any other directory attribute. You can also schedule different campaigns for different groups.
What is Meeting Branding?
Available on the Pro plan, Meeting Branding lets you apply branded virtual backgrounds and name tags to video calls across Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other platforms — extending your brand consistency beyond email.
Is there a minimum number of users?
Exclaimer requires a minimum of 1 user across all plans. Contact us for a quote if you have specific requirements or need an enterprise-level deployment.
