Common IT problems in real estate
Phone system that dies on a Saturday
The single busiest day of the week and the office phones are a mess. Calls dropping, agents missing enquiries, callers going to a full voicemail box.
WiFi that will not cover the office
Two floors, a shopfront and a back office where the property managers sit. One router at reception does not cut it, especially with printers and CRM traffic.
CRM integrations that break
CRM to portal, CRM to email, CRM to accounting. When a sync silently drops, the trigger is usually the laptop, the WiFi or a Microsoft 365 sign-in, not the CRM itself.
Agents working from home and inspections
Half the team is out of the office. They need laptops with endpoint protection, a secure remote access VPN into the office and phones that ring wherever they are.
How we solve them
The CRM vendor supports the CRM. We own everything the vendor does not: the laptops, the WiFi, VoIP, Microsoft 365, backups, cybersecurity, CCTV and the front-line support call.
Laptops, printers, WiFi, VoIP & network
Agent laptops, monitors, printers, multi-office WiFi with a captive portal for buyers, VoIP that survives Saturdays, plus internet with 4G failover so calls and CRM keep working.
Learn moreMicrosoft 365, backups & identity
Accounts, MFA, mailboxes, SharePoint, Teams, onboarding new agents and offboarding old ones. And a proper Microsoft 365 backup, because Microsoft's own retention is not one.
Learn moreCybersecurity & remote access
Endpoint protection, patching, phishing filtering, secure remote access VPN and cyber-insurance-friendly logging. Property manager BYOD locked down without slowing the team.
Learn moreFirst-call support & vendor triage
Call us first. If it is your setup we fix it. If it is your CRM we escalate to the vendor with the diagnostic data ready. When the vendor cannot help, we usually still can.
Learn moreFrequently asked questions
Can our phones ring on our mobiles when we are at an inspection?
Yes. Modern VoIP systems ring the desk phone and the agent's mobile at the same time, so calls do not miss you if you are out of the office. You can also transfer between them mid-call.
What does Rezolve IT actually cover if the CRM vendor supports the CRM?
We cover everything else. Your team's laptops and monitors, the WiFi and network, Microsoft 365, backups, cybersecurity, VoIP phones, CCTV and access control. When something breaks, we are your first call: if it is your infrastructure we fix it, if it is your CRM we take it to the vendor with the diagnostic data ready. And when the vendor is slow to help or cannot reach a fix, we can usually work around it from our side.
Can you set up a second office on the same phone system?
Yes. A modern VoIP setup lets you add a branch office in Torquay or Ocean Grove with a shared phone system, shared call queues and internal extensions between locations.
What about property manager BYOD and privacy?
We can set up secure Microsoft 365 access from personal phones with mobile device management, so property managers can access their inbox and CRM securely without exposing tenant data.
Do you install CCTV on the shopfront?
Yes. Cameras for the shopfront window, the back door, staff car park and interior. Managed from one dashboard and viewable from your phone.
