Yes. Modern VoIP systems ring the desk phone and the agent's mobile at the same time, so calls do not miss you if you are out of the office. You can also transfer between them mid-call.

What does Rezolve IT actually cover if the CRM vendor supports the CRM?

We cover everything else. Your team's laptops and monitors, the WiFi and network, Microsoft 365, backups, cybersecurity, VoIP phones, CCTV and access control. When something breaks, we are your first call: if it is your infrastructure we fix it, if it is your CRM we take it to the vendor with the diagnostic data ready.
