What happens when the internet drops during trade?
With 4G or 5G failover, EFTPOS keeps taking payments and cloud POS keeps syncing. Most staff will not even notice the swap. When the fixed line comes back, everything switches back automatically.
Can you separate customer WiFi from the POS?
Yes. We put POS, staff and guest devices on separate networks. Guests get a captive portal, staff get a secure staff network, and the POS never mixes with either.
What CCTV do we need to reduce shrinkage?
It depends on the store. Typically we cover every entry and exit, the till area, change rooms, the back door, and any high-value aisle. All cameras managed from one dashboard, viewable on your phone.
What does Rezolve IT actually cover if the POS platform vendor supports the POS?
We cover everything else. The tills, tablets and scanners, the shop-floor WiFi and network, internet with 4G failover, Microsoft 365, backups, cybersecurity, CCTV, digital signage and access control. When something breaks, we are your first call: if it is your infrastructure we fix it, if it is your POS platform we take it to the vendor with the diagnostic data ready. And when the vendor is slow to help or cannot reach a fix, we can usually work around it from our side.
